Paper Plate Cat Mask

Cut 3 short pieces of black wool and glue them to the centre of the mask to be whiskers.

Draw two round eyes and carefully cut them out. This mask could be made at pre school kindergarten or even primary school. Cut two small holes in each side and thread through your string. Paint or color the paper plate black or buy black plates.

You will want the mask area to be a little larger than half. Punch a small hole on either side of the mast and thread through the elastic tying tightly to each hole. Cut two eye holes above the notch for your nose. Decorate the half you cut the colors you want your cat to be.

Take a paper plate and turn it over to the blank non eating side. Use the scraps of paper to make the eyes and nose and two ears. Cut out two circle eyes at the top of the plate. This article gives step by step instructions for a cat mask created out of a paper picnic plate.
