Opus 88 Fountain Pen

I think of this as a koloro demi as it is smaller than the full size koloro pens which is a good thing as it has features those pens lack.

A review of the opus 88 flow fountain pen. Opus 88 has been manufacturing fine writing instruments for more than 45 years. Large postable resin fountain pens with eyedropper filler and 6 jowo steel nib. P this one is pretty cool though.

I appreciate how different it is t. The flow doesn t have decorative metal bands like the omar does but instead receives a shiny chrome coin insert in the cap finial with the words flow opus 88 laser engraved on it opus has a tendency to use a different clip design for every pen they create most of which i tolerate but don t particularly love. I m a big fan of the opus 88 fountain pens especially their sealed eyedropper filling system which is very friendly to airplane travel. Flat top eyedropper fill fountain pens with a 5 steel nib made of ebonite and resin.

One of their most recent pen designs is the koloro a genuine eye dropper fountain pen. For over two decades founder michael hsu has personally and painstakingly crafted each pen to exacting standards selectively building his opus 88 label for discerning clientele. This is the opus 88 koloro and i guess this is officially a fountain pen channel now. Based in taiwan they have created their own opus 88 brand as well as being an oem manufacturer for other famous brands as well.
